Why SPARQE?
SPARQE is a first-of-its-kind within the European tech startup community, as Fractional PeopleOps Leadership is a relatively new concept here (as opposed to the US and UK, where it's an established growth strategy). I focus primarily on scaling visionary VC-backed tech startups (pre-seed to Series B), something I have 10+ YOE doing and which I'm passionate about.
PeopleOps vs HR
I consciously avoid the term 'HR', as it (sometimes rightfully so) brings assumptions about a reactive support function that focus on compliance, payroll and policies. If this is what you are looking for, I am probably not a great fit.
In contrast, I operate somewhere in the intersection between Business Operations and People & Culture. I am first and formost a business leader looking for innovative solutions on how to generate growth. I do so by designing and orchestrating the delicate ecosystem of people, processes, behaviours, tools and culture; making it your competitive advantage and secret sauce.
